In challenging situations, it's easy to let emotions like frustration or anger take over. However, a more effective approach lies in curiosity. Shifting from emotional reactions to asking thoughtful questions allows for deeper insights, better problem-solving, and stronger relationships. As a business consultant and leadership coach, I’ve learned that curiosity encourages open dialogue, fosters innovation, and promotes continuous learning. This mindset shift, inspired by one of my mentors at Ingram Micro, has shaped my coaching practice at FM22. By embracing curiosity, leaders can create environments where teams feel motivated and empowered to take initiative and solve problems collaboratively.

I’m fascinated with the use of positive psychology, especially in business. I’m currently studying Appreciative Inquiry (the other AI) so that I can get certified to facilitate team, group, corporate change that is not only sustainable but appreciative over time.
